I recently bought a 1978 Honda CB 750 K7. The engine was sprayed by the previous owner.

What should I do to make the engine looks original?

I'm assuming you're saying someone painted the engine.  You can use a paint stripper to remove it.  You can bead blast the engine but you'll probably want to remove it and plug all of the openings so you don't get grit in the engine. or you can paint it aluminum.
