Motorcycle Repair: 03 FLSTCI Runs Rich, blowing gas, power commander

Question
QUESTION: I own a 03 FLSTCI (fuel injected) that is blowing gas out the exhaust. The motor is stock with a Big Sucker air filter, Dyna Ignition and Vance & Hines Long Shots. I have checked compression and it has 150 per cylinder. Have changed the plugs (using champion), and cleaned the filter using a K&N filter cleaning kit. It is burning so rich that I went thru 2 gallons of fuel in 10 miles. When I start it up it smells like raw gas coming out of the pipes. The bike only has 22,000 miles and has been serviced regularly. This problem just started within the last 100 miles. Any suggestions?

ANSWER: When you say you have a Dyna ignition, since I do not use them, is it added to the ECM or does it replace it?

QUESTION: I feel a bit stupid telling you it had a dyna ignition on this bike, the ignition set up on this bike is a Power Commander that was previously installed.
I have another 98 Softail that has the dyna ignition on it and just was not thinking when I wrote that. Once again, any help would be greatly appreciated. I have taken it to my local H-D shop and was basically told they have no idea without just start replacing parts and hope it is found. I guess I could be ok with that but who knows what a guy would spend trying to find a problem that way...Thanks,Terry

Answer
No problem. The power commander can have gone out as I said in my previous answer and you still have the same problem. Without the proper testing equipment you have no way to test and adjust the power commander, so you still have to take it into a shop.
