Motorcycle Repair: enrichner problem, plastic nut, duece

Question
I have a 2000 duece, garage kept so I never use the enrichner. I just tied to use it & its too hard to pull out & you have to hit on the knob with your hand to get it back in, even if you crack the throttle a little. How hard is it to replace the cable assembly?

First, check the adjustment on it. behind the knob there is a plastic nut. Loosen it, pull it out and put some WD40 on the slide and try it. If its still to hard to pull you have to remove the carb and unscrew the enrichner from it
