Motorcycle Repair: 1983 Sabre Clutch spongy, hydraulic line, slave cylinder

Question
I saw another answer on the website that relates to my original question.  My follow-up question is: "what is the banjo valve"?  Is it the silver colored fitting that connects to the master cylinder that the rubber hydraulic line fits into?  I've just never heard the term, and they don't call it that in my shop manual.  Thanks for your help!!

Answer
The bolts that holds connects the brake line to the master cylinder and to the slave cylinder are sometime called a banjo bolts.  If you look at the round fittings on the end of the hose that the bolts go through, it kind of looks like the sound board of a banjo.
