QUESTION: i didnt get a chance to take the bike out but it vibrates as much when it is sitting still as when i ride-called the harley dealer and he said it might be the stablizer? i think thats the word he used

Answer
the stablizer is located at the top of the center of the motor. it is a bar going from the frame to the center motor mount. If you have never messed with it or it is not broken, then there shouldnt be anything wrong with it
