Motorcycle Repair: 1976 Honda CB360T, plastic washers, point spring

I'm very new when it comes to motorcycles. i recently bought a 1976 Honda CB360T that had been setting. im on a pretty tight budget. i put new plugs in it and now new points..since new points in i cant get it to run.  can you help me on how to set these points?  I'm lost!

Look closely at the points.  I think you'll see the points wire is grounded.  The terminal must be insulated from everything but the point spring and attaching screw.  There should be plastic washers to insulate it from contacting the mounting plate or backing plate.
