Motorcycle Repair: correct fluids, 20w50, matter of opinion

Do you recommend using only Harley brand lubes or do you have something better to recommend? Also I have a 2004 Fatboy Twin 88, this is my first bike and haven't gotten a manual yet at what intervals do you recommend changing all fluids?  The bike has 5500 miles on it and I purchased it from a dealer.

For you oil, you can use any oil that has SAE one the bottle and is a 20w50. The primary and trans oil should be a oil the is make for those locations.
On the recommending oils, its a matter of opinion. You ask 10 people what oil is the best and you will probably get 10 different answers
