does a honda shadow 600 have a place fortransmission fluid..have a weird noise when shifting gears..it stops when in gear...ty..it is a 1997

your bikes transmission oil is the same oil as the engine oil if you only hear it when shifting gears it could be a clutch mechanism problem when you pull the clutch in if you hear the noise then when you let the clutch out thats yur problem .Now your rear end takes oil to for the gears . check it to see if its full.I hope this helps you im here if you need more info.
