Motorcycle Repair: polaris carbureter settings, bike cranks, carbureter

The slide in my carburator is not opening up all the way the one with the needle valve. What can i do to fix this. Also there are two screws one inside the bowl and one on the bootom what are the settings for them, or all the setting for the air and fuel mixture

I would tighten them both up then back them up 1 round at a time untill yur bike cranks up, then you can adjust yur slide in the carburetor yue throttle cable should be checked to see if its not in a bind causing the slide not to open all the way.i hope i have been helpfull for you.
