Motorcycle Repair: dont no were to start, honda cbr f3, radiator cap

my question is i just got a honda cbr f3 600 1995. when i opened radiator cap there was oil there i checked the oil and there was no water in the oil. do you have any idea were i need to start

Sorry, but my experience is pre-82 hondas but it sounds like a headgasket leak to me.  The high pressure oil is seeping into the coolant under the pressure of the oiling system. Unless you are leaking a lot of coolant into the oil, it will just boil off and you won't find it but it's probably there.
