Motorcycle Repair: 82 virago wheel rub, wheel bearings, swing arm

I have an 82 750 virago and the rear wheel rubs on the swing arm any suggestions why this is happening?

Dennis, my experience is with pre-82 Hondas so I can't help too much.  Could be it's just too big... meaning someone has replaced it with an oversized tire.  If that's not it, I'd be checking the wheel bearings because it looks like one of them may be going out.  Also check the spacers on the rear wheel to make sure someone didn't get them installed wrong.
