QUESTION: Sorry. I was told that I could check the measurement between the upper & lower trees. I just had a new tire put on the bike. My problem is that there was less than 3K miles on the tire. No, I have NOT pulled the tubes out yet. Are there any such measurements.

I am not sure what that measurement is. You would have to check with a harley dealer on that. They would probably have to check with the factory.
If your front tire wore out that fast, you might have had a bad tire in the first place or the neck bearing might be too loose.
