Motorcycle Repair: motor mounts, harley dealer, best bet

My 98 WG vibrates excessively when i have someone on the back. I had the engine and transmission rebuilt (HD recomendation) and it is worse.
Now they say it is the motor mounts. I can see the front one and can use my jacks to replace it but the rear one is out of sight to me. Is it hard to change, if not can you send me to a book to tell me how to do it?

I dont have any books to send. You best bet is to buy a service manual from a harley dealer.
Do one thing for me, ride the bike down the road with a passenger, and get it to vibrate. Pull the clutch, shut the motor off and coast. Does it still vibrate?
