Motorcycle Repair: Not Starting after winter!, mount victory ohio, air filter

1987 Harley Electra Glide FLHTC 1340 EVO
Only had bike 1 Year.                                      Bike turns over and does not Fire, even used starting Fluid.
Checked spark on each plug and had spark. How do you check voltage at coil and at plug? Any ideas would be appreciated.
Does it hurt to push a FLHTC to try and start.
Are you allowed to tell us where your shop is. I live east of Cincinnati.

My shop is located in Mount Victory Ohio, which is close to columbus.
Pull your plugs and make sure you are not flooding it. Put in a new set of plugs and gap them at .040. remove the air filter and put your hand over the front of the carb and turn the bike over for a couple of seconds. Are you getting fuel? If you are, try to start it. Does it try to catch?
