Motorcycle Repair: screaming eagle on 07 heritage, drag pipes, screaming eagle

Mike I installed the screaming eagle on my bike but the sound is a little louder then the originals. I hear other bikers say that that they remove a baffle or something like that. What can I do to make the sound on my bike louder.

You can remove the baffles, but what you are doing is just changing your exhaust into drag pipes. removing the baffles, also will not give you any back pressure on your exhsust. With no back pressure, you will lose some mid range power. You would also have to remapp if you did this or you will run to lean.
Your best bet is to listen to some bikes and look for the sound you are looking for. when you hear it check to see what pipes they are running
