QUESTION: how would I check if it is getting mixed with water ? Could this be a bad head gasket ? How would i really find out . i don;'t want to wait long untill it's too late and something bad happens to the engine . I was told by the dealer when i called them that this could happen when you use synthetic oil and the bike was parked for a while . is it true ?

Answer
All motors draw some moisture when you park them. As the motor cools down it draws air. After you start it the heat from the motor drives the moisture off.
Since you have changed the oil, like I said before, keep an eye on it. If you had a bad head gasket you would hear it hiss, so its probably not that. As to where the oil came from, I am not sure.
