First Hi, and tahnk you. The question. How can i test the stator integrity whit out dismount it

Answer
Ricardo, here is some info about stators, in general.

From the same site, how to troubleshoot your whole system:

For a quick check you will need an ohmmeter. What you will generally see is that all the stator leads going to the rectifier/regulator will all be connected internally, so checking any of the leads will show connection to the other leads. If you check the connection from a lead to ground (stator case) and there is continuity, then the stator is shorted out.

Stators, in general, are fairly long lived. Most charging systems come from either bad wiring connections or a failure of the regulator or rectifier units. Jump starting bikes with car batteries can damage the components. Always use a fully charged battery when doing full-system electrical system troubleshooting.
