Motorcycle Repair: carb and back brakes, stock carb, bendex

I have a 1995 FXRS Low Glide. I'm looking for a good used stock carb for her. Also having problems with back brakes have put a rebuild kit still no brakes then have put 2 GOOD used master cylinder still no brakes. Have bleed ed brakes and checked lines... I'm all out of thoughts don't want to put her in shop iv always done that kind of work myself. Their was no problems before brakes went out except couldn't stop... And carb someone switched out carb on her and put a bendex and took my stock carb.....HELP PLEASE  Thank You

On your brakes, your probably not bleeding them long enough to get the fluid to the brake caliber. It takes quite a while. The hole in the master cylinder is really small for the fluid to go through. I use a vaccumn pump to pull the fluid back. Keep pumping and you should get it.
If you are looking for a used carb, your best bet is either a swap meet or on e-bay.
