Question
I left the lights on .......Again. Brought bike home and put a manual charger on it which has the hook up for direct plug (just plug in to cable on bike without removing battery)
Bike would turn over...../No spark now.....I don't know what to look for...

Answer
Mark,

check your fuses, you should have
power going to the coils on the orange/white
wires. The wire goes from the fuse to
the kill/stop switch and then on to the
ignition coils. The other wire
on the coils goes to the ignitor unit.

If there is no power to the coils,
you will get no spark.
Other than that it could be
Loose battery cables,
bad ground to the frame or coils.
Loose connector on the ignitor
or other ignition parts.

Some Intruders also have a circuit
breaker near the battery somewhere
it should have a little red button
on it for resetting it.
It may be hard to see, maybe behind
the fuses??
Usually all the power will go off
if this snaps off though.

Use new or good spark plugs
for testing. If no power to
the coils check the stop switch,
fuses and wiring for problems.
