Motorcycle Repair: my 2004 1200r, head ake, best of both worlds

I have alot . but I bought use with screamin eagle cam ,plug 7000 rev kit pipes.he said it had coil plugs wires they were stock so I did all but coil . should I stay with screamin parts for heades bottom end and so on pistons I donot know dude said they were new but ? bike has 35k I no alot also carb #s match 44 mm sream carb but 1 number off we think its an older modle .the bike runs great but I want best fastes safe ridable power .Iknow that all never should be in the same sentence but I want a drag bike that is also ridebl everyday I am new to vtwins as u can tell .hope u can help without giving u a head ake  benny

Its tough to have the best of both worlds. If youa re looking for a drag bike then you are going to loose some reliability. High RPMs wear parts faster.
Not sure how far you want to go with the motor. Are you looking to rebuild it and stroke it?
