HOW DO I GET CODES FROM SPEEDO WITH OUT SCAN TOOL 1999 ROAD KING

Answer
Turn on the ignition and then off. Do this 3 times. Then turn it on and it will flash. After it stops quickly flashing it will slowly flash. Count the flashes. Then there will be a pause then count the flashes. That two digit number is the code.
