Motorcycle Repair: I swamped my Honda, float bowl, gas tank

The other day I swamped my 2005 Honda TRX 500 FM after drying it all out, I got it restarted without to much trouble however now it wont run past in idle, what is wrong this bike is brand new less than 1100 km.

sounds like water in the carb,
did you drain the float bowl a couple of times?
Could be a water plugged main jet/tube
Is the air filter dry?
Spark plug and cap dry?
Is the throttle cable okay?
Let it warm up good and maybe it will
clear up or you may have to clean the gas
tank and carb, change the oil if it's milky.
