Motorcycle Repair: 81 CB750C carbs and no start, cb750c, fuel drain

I have been trying to get this bike to run for 3 months now.  I had the carbs ultrasonically cleaned and I replaced all four float needles.  It is still overflowing from carbs 2 and 3.  Also, the bike used to turn over just fine.  It has a new battery that is fully charged.  All it does now when I push the start button is click.  I see that you are, or you formerly lived in Milwaukee.  I'm in West Allis.  If I cannot get this bike to run on my own, can you recommend anyone to take it to?  Thanks for all of your help, Mark.

hi Mark,

Almost sounds like the motor is full of fuel, drain the oil, then see what happens trying to turn it over...usually what happens when floats arent set correctly...
