Ford Repair: 1994 Ford Brakes, power steering fluid, abs system

Question
I accidentally topped of my brake system with power steering fluid.  I took the truck to a couple local repair shops and they want to replace the entire brake system, master cylinder, ABS system, lines.  Can't I just flush the system and fresh brake fluid?

Hi Bob,
Get the bad fluid out as soon as you can! Replace the master cylinder and flush system. Then test drive in a safe area with no other traffic. If bad fluid hasn't reached all the other parts, you should be OK. GOOD LUCK!
