Question
It runs fine  but overheats quickly.  I checked the impeller, and lines and even took off the thermostat completely and still overheats.  I flushed the lines and put the hose on while running and it seems flow just fine throughout all lines.  I don't know what else to do.

Answer
Hi Brian,

Soundsto me like you've covered most of the bases. My question to you is, Once the system has been re-filled, did you run the machine with the fill cap off untill the system "burps"? This happens when the system gets up to operating temp, and the thermostat opens allowing a surpringly large amount of coolant in.....In addition to what you've already added to start.
One more thing, be sure the cooling fan kicks on prior to or just before the machine overheats, if not, check the fuse 1st, then try the temp sending unit that the fan plugs into...

My bet is insufficient coolant.

Hope this helps..
