LOeaking oil behind hydraulic oil housing......clutch rod slides thru housing leaks oil thru there what would be the cause?

Wade, that is the clutch slave cylinder leaking, I think.
Is it engine oil or brake fluid leaking?

If you are not losing clutch hydraulic fluid, then the clutch pushrod seal is worn in the engine. You didn't specify a year of production and/or the mileage, but most of the parts involved are the same through the years. DO specify when you are ordering parts, however.
