Motorcycle Repair: 93 kawasaki zx600c, battery cables, battery connectors

Im having electrical problems .. I jus bought this bike and all it need was the carb to be clean and the gas tank.. I did both and it runs fine .. But now i lost all power.. It had power when i first bought the bike and for some reason it jus cut out ??

-you will need a test light or multimeter to
do any troubleshooting. Also the manual is
handy because it has wiring diagrams.

-Is the bike running at all? If not check obvious
things first, gas getting to carbs? does
it have spark? Fuses okay? Clutch and side
stand switches working? Are battery cables
tight? Kill button?

-If it is low on power but still running,
check the compression, spark plugs, air filter.
Basically you need compression, spark and fuel
to run, you may have a bad spark plug, plugged
fuel tap or plugged carb jet.

-If you have no spark, check your battery,
connectors, fuses for loose connections.
See if coils have power to them.
