Motorcycle Repair: 07 Electra Glide, rear hub, thrashing machine

Question
The Trans on my new bike sounds like a thrashing machine, Harley says its straight cut fifth gear,but below 2000 rpm it sure does some clicking in all the gears.Talked to another dealer about the clicking sound he said the new 08 bikes have more rubber in the rear hub for the sprocket, is this true? I thank Harley has a problem!

I havent heard to many complaints about the 5 speed, but alot of complaints about the 6 speed makeing noise. the 5 speeds are usually pretty quiet. Harley has always used straight cut gears, so that cant be the problem. If your bike is still under warrenty, I think I would insist that they open it up and check it.
