QUESTION: points , not static timed

Answer
Roate the motor until uts at TDC. Using a test light, rotate the points plate just until the points atarting to open. Once you have that set the bike should start. Then using a timing light, set the timing to 35 degrees BTDC
Good luck and happy riding
