Motorcycle Repair: xr250r timing, timing hole, head surface

Question
need diagram of timing marks for 93 xr250r honda if any ave.

Answer
Ollie,
Are we talking about ignition timing or camshaft
timing?

Here is a description, I have no diagrams.
-Align the "T" mark with the notch on the left crankcase
timing hole. Place the cam sprocket with the groove up
and align the other marks on the sprocket with
the cylinder head surface.
-Loop the camchain over the sprocket with these marks
aligned.
-Put the camshaft in and slide sprocket onto it's
shoulder. Install one bolt, turn the engine to install
the other bolt and tighten each to 14 ft/lbs.
-Just make sure the marks look aligned once you
have the camshaft installed.

-If it's ignition timing, use a timing light,at idle
"F" mark should align and at 4300 rpm the
advance timing marks should align.
