Motorcycle Repair: 1969 honda sl 90, check tires, dratv

I have had this motorcycle since it was born. Always garage kept. But now needs help- tires, carb repairs and elect help. Where do I go? Who can give me direction?

or repair manual as well.

or possibly Honda as well.
Sometimes things show up on eBay also.
-Just start by cleaning the fuel system, tank
petcock, carb. Then clean the air filter.
Change the oil. Check the contact points and
ignition timing. Check tires for cracking/rotting
or replace them. New spark plug,
battery.
