i would like to know what "lightly seated",seated,& engagement point means?

Lightly seated and seated means that you are screwing somthing in and the end of it is bottoming out. Lightly means just touching, seated means seated tightly. Engagement point means that two parts are touching where they operate. Like two gears meashing and both move.
