Motorcycle Repair: Old Honda and chinese clone engines, ebay sellers, chinese engines

any 305 fan is a fan of mime, miss my old 305 from high school,  Have 4 C105 Honda Trail bikles 55cc, can any of the imported Chinese clone Honda engines fit, what about wiring, ignition etc.. can you advise ?  Also who do you recomend for enguine dealer and whee are they located... help.. have many more old honda's 90cc's

Glenn, the Chinese knock-off engines are all copies of ohc 50-70-90cc singles. I have heard varying stories that the engine mounts may be very similar between the pushrod motor and the small ohc engines... 50-70cc anyway, but don't have definitive answers for you. The bigger issue is that the C105Ts are all 6v electrics and mag ignitions. Chinese engines all have CDI ignition and probably 12v stators. I don't recommend these engines, personally, and have no experience with them or the dealers who sell them. Check some of the Ebay sellers and see if you can get more details about them for your proposed applications.
