Motorcycle Repair: 1983 honda cb1000c custom, fuel air mixture, intake leaks

Do you know all the settings for like the fuel/air mixture, idle, and stuff like that cause i just went through and cleaned my carbs but the right two seem to be running lean or somthing. Cause the bike just keeps back firing on that side and not getting the RPM's up

Have you checked that the slides are moving
freely and rubber is not cracked?
Is there fuel in the float bowls?
Are spark plugs good? Are carbs leaking
air on the intake tubes? Intake leaks can
cause lean mixture. Here are some basic
carb specs:
Main jet-125
Pilot jet-30
Needle Jet-261 O8
Jet Needle 6DJ30-clip position 2
Air Jet-0.7
Throttle Valve-1.5
Air screw one full turn out.

You will have to have the
carbs synched if they are not pulling
evenly from idle.
