Motorcycle Repair: Help with clutch on 1973 Suzuki TS100 Honcho, suzuki ts100, clutch plates

Question
I need help fixing the clutch on my 1973 Suzuki Ts 100 Honch. Im only 15 years old trying to restore this old bike. I know the problem doesnt have anything to do with the clutch plates. If there is anyway you can help me, it would be well appreciated. Thank you for your time and cosideration.

Answer
Joe,
can you describe the problem you are having
with the clutch? If it slips, it is the
cable or adjusters too tight or bad
clutch plates. If it doesn't release
it could be plates stuck together or
wear grooves on the clutch hub or a
bent clutch push rod.
Do you have it apart or is it still together?
Sometimes the clutch is just assembled wrong and something
is not in place properly.
