How do you take the seat off of a 1998 Honda Shadow American Classic?

Hi Penny,

When standing behind the motorcycle and facing forward, with 12 being forward, find two fasteners under the seat at the 5 o'clock and 7 o'clock positions.

Remove the two fasteners and the seat will raise off.
