During riding when i give the throttle gas to excelerate hard or fast the engine will rev up but the bike isn't advancing forward

sounds like your clutch is slipping.
Make sure your clutch cable has some
free play, check your clutch adjustment
on the engine if it has one. If that
doesn't help you will have to remove
the clutch cover and inspect the clutch
plates. You will likely need at least
the friction plates and possibly the
metal plates if they are burned or warped.
