Motorcycle Repair: 02 honda rubicon, dry sump oil, crankcase oil

Question
I drained all the oil out now when i try to fill it back up the oil won't drain from the oil tank to the motor. Any help would be greatly appreciated?

That's a great ATV!

In order to reduce engine height, the Rubicon has a dry-sump oil pump system. (The engine lacks a conventional crankcase oil pan.) Oil will be pumped from the tank when the engine is running.
