I have a 1999 Harley roadking the speedomoter is not working and the turn signals do not turn off when i turn what could be wrong.

Your speedo sensor which is located on the top of the tranny case, right side, rear, is shot.  IT is held in by a single 3/16 allen bolt.  It's a magnetic pickup.  If you take it out and clean all the metal fuzzies off it there's a chance it will work again.  If not, replace it.  They cost about $55 and plug into a three prong harness.  Just follow the harness back to the plug.  Your turn signal canceller works in conjunction with the sensor, so fixing the sensor will take care of both problems.
