Motorcycle Repair: 1992 1400 Suzuki Intruder (fuel filter?), suzuki intruder, float bowls

Hello Mark, thanks for taking my question.....I have a 1992 1400 Suzuki Intruder...Here's my problem, I can not find my fuel filter.....even my shop manual doesn't even mention it.....is it possible that it does not have one?...does it have some other way of filtering gas?....anything you can tell me will be most helpful

Hi Mike,

The fuel filters are located on the intake side of the needle valves (float valves). Remove the carburetors, float bowls, and unscrew the valves to inspect the filters.
