Motorcycle Repair: mufflers, drag pipes, screaming eagles

I asked a question about changing from scremin eagles to kerkers and you said there is no reason to retune but when i got the mufflers I can see straight thru these kerkers and not the eagles does this matter. or is that the way kerkers are. Thank you i'm Confused

the kerters you got sound like drag pipes, being how they are straight through. Changing from the Screaming Eagles should not be a problem. What you need to do is install them and ride the bike for about 5 miles and then check the plugs. If your plugs are white you are to lean, black and you are to rich.
