Motorcycle Repair: boring of cases, eagle stroker kits, harley screamin eagle

i was woundering if i could bore my cases for a twin cam to fit a 4.375 bore & 4.500 stroke.

I have no idea what you are doing.  If you are talking about boring your CASES for aftermarket big bore cylinders, they should tell you what is required.  Any good stroker kit will also tell you where and how much you have to relieve the cases and cylinder bottoms for connecting rod clearance on the down stroke.  Go with a well known setup like S&S, Andrews, or even the Harley Screamin' Eagle stroker kits.
