Motorcycle Repair: Check engine light on then off motor running, trouble code, error codes

Question
I have a 2007 FLSTC.  My check engine light comes on for 12 seconds after the motor is running then goes out.  It never did that before the 103" stage 2 map download.  I have no performance problems with the bike that I am aware of.  The dealer states I have an historical error code.  

Is there a website or place where I can find out what a code means?  My bike stated "none" when I checked for error codes.

How do I clear the error code?

Hey Bigkid, The check engine light could be anything. The one that comes to mind would be an incorrect download. Go back to the dealer and insist on the trouble code, historic or not and I can help then. Usually the codes will clear after certain amount of cycles (50). Also ask for what calibration was used for your download. Get the part number.
