Motorcycle Repair: new one...zx600d Gauge reading, signal relay, turn signal

ok mark, this one is wierd. on the 92 zx6d i picked up.....i already had it running, stored til today....now it wont start...even off an ether shot...dont like the stuff...but you have to sometimes.....but for some reason, i have two fuel lights on the "dash" theyre blinking and i even hear a clicking like the turn signal relay....my manual doesnt mention it.....any idea whats up here?
