Question
all oil is draining into cases from tank  aprox 50 miles before i found out. check valve? motor flush maby with what?

Answer
It's common for oil to get by the check valve when a bike is sitting for the winter but it shouldn't happen during the season.   You should always get the motor warm before changing the oil so any oil that has leaked into the crankcase will get pumped back into the tank before you drain the tank.  Should not need any flushing.  You didn't say whether the cam cover and oil pump have been removed.  If the oil pump isn't aligned with the aligning pins and properly reinstalled, you will get oil building up in the crankcase and blowing out the breather.
