Motorcycle Repair: 1981 Keihin choke wont close, e mail address, keihin carbs

What options do I have to repair a Kehin butterfly (original) on a big twin on which the choke plate will not close? It appears that a very fine spring on the choke shaft closes the choke; the cable only opens it via a tang on the fast idle cam. This spring has broken. Who offers a method of repair or replacement?
