Motorcycle Repair: 1982 Suzuki Carb problem, private question, question option

I got a used bike that was left sitting for a 8-10 months with fuel in the tank and the carbs need a good cleaning. The bike struggles to crank and once it does it cuts off if I let off the throttle at all. It also requires the choke to run cleanly. If you put your hand on the pipes coming out of the #1 & #2 carbs they are cool, so they are obviously not running clean.

I saw your answer to another question about carbs and you said you'd send detailed carb cleaning and tuning instructions, so I was wondering if you would send me the same information so I can clean out the carbs.
