Motorcycle Repair: 2003 flht oil leak at trans. shifter shaft, flht, oil leak

Started leaking oil from transmission at shifter shaft about 3 months ago.I looked in my service manual but don't see a seal there.Can you tell me if there is one there, and if so do i have to pull the primary to fix it . Thanks mike

there is a seal for the shaft that comes through the trans lid. You will have the pull the inner primary to get to the shifter. Also you will have to remove the top of the trans to get the shaft out to install the seal
