Answer
Marc, Specifications for your machine:
Spark plug  D-6HS(A?)
valve adjustment: .002" (.05mm)
Compression: 10.8-13.2 KG/CM2
Point gap: .3 to .4mm
Points open at F mark
Full spark advance at 4800rpm, starts at 1950rpm total 36-42 degrees
Carb float level 21.0mm
Main jet #65
Idle Jet #35
Needle in middle position (#3 groove)
Idle mixture 1 5/8 turns
Idle speed 1300 rpm

Check compression and valves first.
Set ignition timing. Check, also, the spark advancer unit for correct function (behind the point plate).
When compression and spark timing are correct, then you can adjust the carburetor.
Make sure no intake manifold leaks at gaskets or O-rings.
