Motorcycle Repair: 1986 Yamaha Radian problems, 1986 yamaha radian, yamaha yx600 radian

Question
I took the carbs apart and cleaned them out real good with carb cleaner.  I took all the floats off and cleaned the needles and seats.  How would I check the float adjustment?  I was also told it may be a leak in one of the diaphragms, is this possible?  Thanks a lot for your help, I'm kind of at a loss here!  thanks!

-----Question-----
Hello!  I have a 1986 Yamaha YX600 Radian.  After I bought it, it ran pretty well for about a week.  Currently, it will start, but then proceed to spew fuel out of the back of the carbs, into the airbox, and all over the place.  I have also since found out that these carbs are notoriously difficult to work on.  Do you have any idea what may be causing this problem or how to go about fixing it?  thanks for your help!

Answer
first take out the floats put them in a gallon can of gas if one of them does not float correctley then thats where yur problem is. when looking at the floats without gas in the carbs the floats should be down all the way ,when they fill up if one has a hole in it it will cause the carbs to overflow flow fuel not seatind in the hole wher the needle valve for the float is causing it do drip mga.if you need more help im here ok.
